Chair Massage
A fully clothed seated massage either in office or on site. Onsite massage provides stress reduction and tension relief for the neck, shoulders, and back in approximately 10 minutes per person.

Facial Massage
Facial Massage is beneficial, as it opens clogged pores, relieves skin blemishes and prevents
sagging face muscles. This soothing procedure includes hot towels, cleansing, massage, mask, toning, moisturizing and misting. As the mask is drying, your hands or feet will be massaged.
Reiki
Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy, and the body work modality which uses this energy for therapy. A Reiki treatment consists of the practitioner lying on of hands,
on the client, with the intention of assisting in balancing the life force energy.
Craniosacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is used to detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system, which may be the course of sensory, motor, or intellectual dysfunction. The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth - which make up the cranium -
down to the sacrum, or tailbone area.
This therapy has been successfully used to treat headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ, chronic
fatigue, motor coordination difficulties, eye problems and central nervous system disorders.
Neuromuscular Therapy
This comprehensive program of soft-tissue manipulation balances the body's central nervous
system with the musculoskeletal system. Based on neurological laws which explain how the
central nervous system initiates and maintains pain, the goal is to help relieve pain and
dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause.
Neuromuscular Therapy is used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points which cause referred pain, restore postural alignment, rebuild strength of injured tissure, and assist venous and lymphatic flow.
Steam/Fume Bath
A steam bath increases at he elimination through the skin and lungs. Additives, such as essential oils, are combined with the steam to create a fume bath. When these substances vaporize,
they settle on the skin and are absorbed through the pores. During the steam, cold cloths are placed on the head and neck to prevent headaches. A tepid shower is taken after the steam to rinse off impurities and toxins released through the skin. Taking a steam bath before a massage will relax muscles and increase absorption of the massage oils.
**Steam/Fume Baths should be avoided if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems.
Castor Oil Packs
Castor Oil packs applied to the abdomen are recommended as a home remedy for all types of problems involving lymph flow, such a inflammation, congestion, constipation and liver, kidney and pelvic disorders. Castor oil packs have also been shown to enhance the immune system.
